Who We Are
Accessiblü Solutions, LLC is an Ohio company headquartered in Green, Ohio, and part of the Great Lakes AI family of companies alongside Great Lakes AI Solutions and Great Lakes AI Network. We specialize in digital accessibility expertise, providing WCAG auditing, Section 508 advisory services, VPAT and ACR authoring, and ADA compliance consulting to government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and enterprise software companies.

Information We Collect
Contact Form Submissions
Our website includes a contact form that visitors use to request information, schedule consultations, or ask questions. When you submit the form, we collect the information you provide, which typically includes your name, email address, organization, and message.
That information arrives in our email inbox and, when we determine there is a relevant business relationship to pursue, may be manually entered into our CRM platform, HubSpot. HubSpot is accessible only to Accessiblü employees and is not shared with third parties beyond what is described in this policy.
Once a contact record exists in HubSpot, the system may sync with connected Gmail threads associated with that contact to help us track ongoing conversations and maintain context. Only email conversations you initiate or participate in with our team are included in that sync.
Scheduling via Calendly
We use the Calendly appointment scheduling to manage appointments. If you book a meeting through a scheduling link we share, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any scheduling details you provide. Meetings are held via Zoom. That information is subject to Zoom’s own privacy policy.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects data such as pages visited, time on page, browser type, general geographic region, and how you arrived at the site (for example, from a search engine or a direct link). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Beyond the Google Analytics cookies described above, our website may set functional cookies to support basic site operations. These cookies do not contain personal information and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Server Logs
Our web hosting infrastructure automatically collects standard server log data when you visit the site. We do not use advertising networks, behavioral tracking platforms, or data brokers.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and associated CRM records for as long as there is an active or reasonably anticipated business relationship. If you ask us to delete your information and there is no legal or contractual obligation to retain it, we will do so.
Google Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard data retention settings. Server log data is retained for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes.
Your Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you can:

- Request a copy of that information
