Meet Our Accessiblü Leadership.

Our team brings together accessibility conformance specialists, auditors, instructional designers and client leads. That mix is deliberate — and so is the fact that our conformance and auditing team includes disabled veterans and daily users of assistive technology. Judgements about whether something is genuinely usable come from people who depend on it, not only from people who have read the standard.

    Jeff Rodgers

    CEO

Jeff took the reins of Accessiblü Solutions in July 2026 after four years leading the team’s digital accessibility work, first as manager and then as director. A former U.S. Marine and disabled veteran, Jeff holds a Master’s in Learning Design and Technology and specializes in ADA, WCAG, and Section 508 compliance strategy. He works directly with clients across the Midwest and beyond to turn accessibility requirements into practical, lasting solutions rather than one-time fixes.

    Rick Flores

    Chief Accessibility Officer

Rick serves as Accessiblü’s Chief Accessibility Officer, bringing over 30 years in assistive technology to the role. He started as a Certified AT Professional working with individuals, school districts, and state agencies across Texas, including a long run partnering with the Texas Workforce Commission, and is fluent in WCAG, ARIA, and UAAG guidelines with deep hands-on experience across screen readers, magnification tools, and adaptive hardware. At Accessiblü, Rick leads the bulk of our manual testing and has the final say on what passes an accessibility review.

    Shannon Nix

    Operations Manager

Shannon keeps Accessiblü running on time. She coordinates scheduling across every engagement — booking the work, holding the timeline, and making sure each project has what it needs before it starts. She has been with the team since January 2023 and brings a background as a DHS Trusted Tester, with certifications in Section 508 procurement and accessible document authoring.
